Internships
At Setec Security we believe that internships are equally beneficial for both the intern and the organization; the intern gains valuable experience by working in the security industry and we gain a competitive recruiting advantage. Interns help us attain our diversity and affirmative action goals and give potential Setec Security employees meaningful work experiences. Setec Security also offers mentoring relationships to all its interns to reinforce the interns' experiences with our organization.
Each type of internship we offer is focused on a specific job category, but interns are encouraged to rove throughout the organization to gain real world experience in many different fields. Regardless of the type of internship you choose, you will always be spending time in "the real world" of Setec Security with your co-workers, allowing you to realize that the skills you are learning in school have practical applications. As you go through this training program, you will learn to understand the ways of both the business and technical worlds, but most importantly you will see what Setec Security can really do for you.
